ON CHAIN ROBBERS

4,444 Robbers are coming onchain. Mint free, burn $ROB to upgrade your crew, Take the Loot from protocol revenue, and compete in live 20-minute Heists. Higher-tier Robbers earn a bigger cut.

Utilities: Robber activation, Robber upgrades, and future idle-game mechanics. All $ROB spent on activation and upgrades is 100% BURNED.

The collection

4,444 Robbers, each carrying two independent concepts: visual rarity (artwork traits — no effect on rewards) and protocol tier (how much $ROB was burned to activate/upgrade). Tier drives Take the Loot weight and Robber Cut odds.

Mint: FREE. No $ROB is burned to mint — the burn happens when you activate and upgrade, which is what earns weight.

Upgrades are not incremental — the full listed amount burns every time. Tiers never expire, but selling or transferring resets the tier ("don't get caught"). The new owner re-activates, creating recurring burns.

Overall Revenue

Sources: the 0.000420 ETH universal transaction fee (mint, activate, upgrade, Take the Loot, fund a Heist, claims — everything), 75% of $ROB creator fees from Pons trading, and expired unclaimed Take the Loot allocations. The other 25% of creator fees goes to the Buyback Allocation / Team Vault. The Heist Pool is not part of Overall Revenue.

Split: 80% → eligible upgraded Robbers, 20% → Team.

Take the Loot (System A)

Overall Revenue accumulates for 12 hours. At close, allocations are calculated by tier weight (a Tier 4 carries 3.33× a Base) and the 12-hour Take the Loot window opens for manual claims (0.000420 ETH fee, → Overall Revenue). Unclaimed allocations return to Overall Revenue for the next cycle — nothing stays reserved after the window expires.

The Heist (System B — every 20 minutes)

A completely separate game. The Heist Pool is 100% user ETH contributions — no creator fees, no protocol fees. NFT ownership is not required to fund or win. No minimum, no maximum funding.

Only the first funding sets clues and guesses; later deposits only raise your fallback randomizer weight (weight = your ETH ÷ total Heist ETH). Sub-0.002 deposits ride the randomizer but cannot answer. Wrong answers appear publicly in the activity feed. Answer matching is deterministic — case, spacing and basic punctuation are ignored.

A correct answer ends the Heist immediately: the solver takes the 90% Main Heist Loot. If the timer expires unsolved, a contribution-weighted random wallet takes it. Either way, the 10% Robber Cut goes to ONE activated Robber, drawn weighted by tier — its owner doesn't need to be in the Heist.

The old lending desk (legacy)

The P2P USDG lending marketplace from the Robbers & Pons era is still functional, off the main nav: the board, borrow, portfolio. Fixed terms (3d 0.15% / 5d 0.35% / 10d 0.85% / 14d 1.50%), 80%/70% LTV, no price liquidations. Its protocol cuts feed Overall Revenue. Not part of the V1 spec — shipping it is an open decision.

This environment

Running on Robinhood Chain Testnet. Balances, tiers, weights, revenue cycles and heists are all read from the contracts; every action is a transaction signed by your own wallet. Riddle text, clues and the accepted answer are the only things held off chain — the answer never leaves the server, and clues unlock only for the funding bracket your wallet actually paid.

Two things to know: heists are started and settled by the contract owner rather than on a timer, and settlement randomness is committed in advance but is not yet verifiable — the owner still chooses when to settle. Mechanics, splits and terminology follow the V1 developer specification (docs/onchain_robbers_stuffs/Complete_Docs.pdf).
